CUSTOMER SERVICE PORTAL I’m looking for a developer to build a small, web-based customer service portal. When visitors land on the page they will: - Log in with their CUSTOMER # and PASSWORD. - Customers can either SUBMIT NEW REQUEST or VIEW HISTORY - To SUBMIT NEW REQUEST, they enter the following: facility name, facility address, contact name, phone, and e-mail. • Choose the affected product from a drop-down (Product 1, Product 2, Product 3, Product 4). • Add the device’s serial number. • Upload supporting media—both photos and videos are allowed. • Sign the request with a simple on-screen signature pad. On submission the system must automatically: 1. Generate a unique RMA number in the format RMA-0001, RMA-0002, and so on. This will tie to Google Sheets. 2. Produce a professionally formatted PDF that includes every piece of data, the signature, and the RMA number. Company branding will apply. 3. Email that PDF to the customer and simultaneously send an identical copy to my company email. A clean, responsive front end and a lightweight back end are both important; I’m open to the stack you prefer as long as the final workflow is smooth and reliable.
