We are looking for a professional to create a detailed master plan (site layout) for our logistics and warehouse rental base. The goal is to maximize the use of the territory for warehouse buildings, while ensuring proper functional zoning, infrastructure, and drainage planning. Scope of Work Develop a full site plan showing the placement of: New warehouse buildings (optimal positioning for maximum land use) Roads, driveways, and parking areas Water drainage systems (considering natural slopes and topography) Landscaping and utility zones In one section, there is already a designated area for a container customs storage zone (temporary storage warehouse / bonded area) — this location is fixed because a rail connection is planned there in the future. The plan must take into account the site’s topography to optimize: Building orientation Water flow and drainage Access and transport efficiency Deliverables A clear master plan / general layout (2D or 3D visualization preferred) Functional zoning map Editable files (PDF, DWG, or similar format) Requirements Experience in industrial or logistics site planning Understanding of terrain-based design and infrastructure layout Ability to propose efficient and realistic land utilization Our goal is to have a practical, well-structured general plan that shows exactly how the territory should be organized and built.
