I’m forming a small, passion-driven crew to craft a short teaser for an original 3D cartoon. This is a volunteer project—no payments, just a chance for everyone involved to learn, practise and add a polished piece to the portfolio. I personally dabble at an intermediate level in every area, so I’m looking for collaborators who are happy to wear any of these hats: 3D designer/artist, model or voice actor. Whether you’re a complete beginner eager to test new skills or a seasoned professional willing to share tips, you’re welcome. Scope and workflow • We’ll produce a 30- to 60-second teaser, nothing more. • 3D contributors may model, texture, rig and animate two main characters plus a simple set in the software of their choice (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D—whatever you’re comfortable with). • Voice actors will record a handful of lines; any language works, though clear English or British accents will help with the main track. Clean 48 kHz WAV files delivered remotely are perfect. • Models can supply reference photos or appear in video plates if we decide to mix live action and CG. We’ll coordinate on Discord, share assets via Google Drive and iterate quickly through feedback so every participant improves along the way. Deliverable A finished teaser video that each of us can proudly showcase, with on-screen credit for every contributor. If this sounds like a fun skills-building exercise, send a quick message telling me which role you’d like to jump into, the tools you prefer and any samples you already have. Let’s create something memorable together—purely for the love of the craft.
