Void 1 Blindfold CAD Modeling

I have the full blueprint package and spec sheet for the VOID 1 strapless blindfold and need a clean, production-ready CAD model built from them. The shell is a single, continuously curved body that sits against the face without straps. Inside, I want highly detailed, realistic contouring around the eye cavities, nose bridge, and temples with roughly 10–12 mm of consistent padding depth. Two magnetic temple-compression slots are part of the form; for now they can be non-functional placeholders, but I do need them modeled so I can refine the mechanism later. My goal is functional prototyping, printed on an SLS machine in flexible TPU or silicone, so the model must arrive as: • A native, fully editable CAD file (STEP, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) with a clean feature history • A watertight, manifold STL exported at SLS-friendly resolution, free of self-intersections, flipped normals, or surface noise Please keep wall thicknesses above 1.2 mm, avoid unsupported overhangs beyond 45°, and cap surface deviation at 0.2 mm from the CAD. Once I share the reference bundle, I’d like an initial draft for review, one revision pass, and final delivery of both CAD and STL.
