I’m renovating my entire house and I need someone who can step in online for roughly 20 hours each week to keep every interior detail on track. The style direction is modern and I already have a handful of ideas, but I’m looking for a fresh, budget-savvy mind—an interior architecture student or similarly resourceful professional—who can shape those ideas into a cohesive plan and, more importantly, run with the day-to-day coordination. You’ll take ownership of full-house project management: refining spatial layouts, sourcing cost-effective materials and furnishings, creating mood boards, chasing suppliers, scheduling trades, and reporting progress so nothing slips through the cracks. Strong organisational habits and clear communication across email, chat, and shared boards (Trello, Asana, or similar) are essential. I’ll provide current floor plans, measurements, and the existing inspiration files. You will work with my current interior decorator and help me make decisions quickly. From there, your weekly deliverable is a concise status update that shows what was completed, what’s pending, and any decisions I need to sign off on before you proceed.
