I need steady, day-to-day help keeping our front-line support and basic admin in order. The single most important piece is customer support: you’ll be the first to respond to inquiries, work incoming tickets in our CRM, and keep an eye on the live-chat window so no one is left waiting. Clear, friendly English is essential because you will often be the only human touchpoint our customers encounter. Alongside support, I’ll also count on you for routine admin—sorting email, updating schedules, light data entry, and keeping our Excel/Google Sheets trackers tidy. Plan on a minimum four-hour block each weekday; if you can occasionally stretch beyond that when volume spikes, even better. Key responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer questions arriving through our email platform. • Triage and resolve support tickets inside the CRM system, escalating only when necessary. • Staff the live-chat queue, maintaining an average first-reply time under five minutes. • Keep inboxes organized, flagging anything that needs my direct attention. • Enter and clean data in shared spreadsheets; basic formulas and filtering should feel familiar. • Book meetings or calls on the shared calendar based on my guidelines. Acceptance criteria • Customer inquiries acknowledged within 30 minutes during your shift. • Tickets updated with clear notes; open items reviewed with me daily. • Live-chat satisfaction score stays above 90 %. • All spreadsheets error-free and using the agreed column formats.
