Project Description We are seeking an experienced architectural or interior design professional to audit and enhance both the exterior layout and interior furniture setup of a private villa. The goal is to assess existing plans, identify design and spatial issues, and propose aesthetic and functional improvements aligned with a modern minimalist style. Project Background The project involves a two-storey private villa (G + 1) located in Dubai. Existing architectural drawings and interior layouts will be provided in AutoCAD and PDF formats for review. Scope of Work 1. Exterior Layout Audit Review current site plan, façade, and landscape arrangement. Evaluate driveway, boundary wall alignment, entrance symmetry, and outdoor flow. Recommend enhancements for balance, privacy, lighting, and visual harmony. 2. Interior Layout & Furniture Planning Assess room-by-room space utilization, proportions, and circulation. Propose furniture arrangements suited to room dimensions and daily use. Suggest aesthetic improvements, color coordination, and lighting balance. Freelancers may apply for the full scope or either section individually (exterior or interior). Deliverables Audit Report – concise 3–5-page document highlighting design gaps and recommendations. Annotated Layouts or Visuals – PDF or image format showing suggested changes. Renderings – 2D/3D views illustrating improved layouts. Revision Round – Two iteration based on feedback. Preferred Skills Degree or experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Space Planning. Strong grasp of modern villa design, proportion, and functionality. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max. Aesthetic Direction Style: Modern Minimalist, neutral tones, elegant proportions. Emphasis on space efficiency, light balance, and functional zoning. Additional Notes All relevant floor plans, photos, and measurements will be shared upon selection. Please include portfolio samples of previous villa or layout audit projects. Preference will be given to freelancers who can combine practical design logic with strong visual presentation.
