Vastu-Compliant Modern Home Plans

I am starting construction on my new residence in Kaithal, Haryana and need an architect who can blend traditional Vastu Shastra with contemporary aesthetics and efficient space management. Hindi fluency is essential because I want to discuss ideas in detail, and being based in India—ideally within travelling distance—will make site visits and on-site adjustments smoother. Vastu is non-negotiable, yet every corner must still feel modern and practical. If a Vastu rule clashes with day-to-day usability, I expect you to offer alternative layouts or remedies that preserve spiritual balance without sacrificing function or style. Scope of work • Concept-to-5D development: from the first layout sketch through a fully rendered walkthrough that lets me experience each room virtually. • Complete drawing set: structural concrete and TMT bar schedules, electrical and wire maps, plumbing and sanitary lines, lighting layouts, and furniture/wood-iron fixture drawings (sofas, beds, wardrobes, railings, etc.). • Compliance and calculations: load analysis, material take-offs, and BOQs to guide my contractor. • Collaboration: regular screen-sharing reviews so we can resolve questions instantly and keep iterations efficient. Deliverables will be supplied in editable CAD (DWG) and printable PDF formats, supplemented by the 5D model file and high-resolution renders. If you are a Hindu or otherwise deeply trained in authentic Vastu Shastra, speak Hindi comfortably, and can integrate modern architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion—or comparable tools), let’s talk and schedule a kickoff call.
