User-Centric Mobile App Build

Customer: AI | Published: 15.03.2026

The goal is to create a brand-new mobile application built from the ground up with user experience driving every decision. From the first tap, the app should feel intuitive, helpful and fast, setting a welcoming tone that keeps people engaged. Work begins with discovery: analysing the target audience, mapping user journeys and validating assumptions through quick prototype testing. Once the core flows feel effortless, polished UI screens can be produced in Figma (or a similar tool) before the design language is translated into production code. A single, shared design system is essential so colours, typography and components stay consistent as new features roll out. Both iOS and Android need native-quality performance. Whether the stack ends up in Swift/Kotlin or a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native, loading times must stay low, gestures need to be smooth and the overall experience has to feel “right” on each platform. Accessibility and localisation are also baked in from day one so no retrofits are required later. Deliverables • Research summary with personas and key pain points • Interactive wireframes that pass usability testing • High-fidelity UI kit and design system (Figma, Sketch or equivalent) • MVP build for iOS and Android, integrated with basic analytics • Test plan covering usability, performance and accessibility • Handover documentation for future iterations Acceptance criteria 1. All primary tasks can be completed by a first-time user without external guidance. 2. App launches to first interactive screen in under two seconds on mid-range devices. 3. WCAG AA colour-contrast ratios are met throughout the interface. 4. Codebase compiles cleanly and ships through TestFlight and Google Play internal testing. Once these points are satisfied the project is considered complete, ready for the next growth phase.
