I’m looking for an experienced virtual admin who can jump in right away and keep my day-to-day operations running smoothly. The role centres on three core responsibilities: • Managing a busy shared inbox—filtering, flagging priorities, drafting quick replies and filing everything logically so nothing slips through. • Scheduling meetings and calls across multiple time zones, sending calendar invites, and rescheduling on short notice when plans change. • Entering and updating data in spreadsheets and web forms with 100 % accuracy. I prefer status updates and quick questions in Slack so we can keep momentum and avoid inbox clutter. If you’re already comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel or Airtable, and you have a knack for staying organised under tight deadlines, we’ll get along well. The work needs to start immediately and continue until the backlog is cleared and the new system is running smoothly.
