In this first, low-scope phase I only need a working prototype that demonstrates the core flow: • A farmer chooses the task—harvesting or ploughing—from a clean home screen. • GPS picks up the farm location (or the user pins it manually). • Nearby operators with the right machinery receive the request and can accept it. • Once matched, both parties see each other’s contact info and live status. • A basic fare estimate and cash-on-completion confirmation wrap up the job. I’m after the essentials: straightforward UI/UX mock-ups, a basic backend (Firebase, Supabase, or any lightweight stack you prefer), and an APK/iOS TestFlight build that I can demo to local growers and machine owners. No payment gateway, reviews, or advanced scheduling yet—just the skeleton that proves the model works for harvesting and ploughing.
