The floor plan, lighting layout (CAD/PDF provided), plant and mirror locations, and most material decisions are fixed; what I now need is a skilled designer to refine and visualise the final details inside and out. Inside the house • Fine-tune the existing colour palette and textures—some are already chosen, they just need thoughtful refinement so the scheme feels lighter and more minimalistic. • Integrate farming artefacts and the pre-decided mirrors without crowding the space. Exterior & plot • Design an open car porch that complements the architecture. • Update terrain elements and hardscape so the building sits naturally in its surroundings. Planting plan Aesthetic, climate-appropriate planting is essential. You will team up with our in-house plant expert to turn their horticultural knowledge into a cohesive, visually pleasing layout around the house. Visual output Once adjustments are made, produce photorealistic renders with Coohom, Lumion, or a tool of similar calibre so everyone involved can sign off before construction. Deliverables – Updated SketchUp file reflecting all changes – High-resolution renders and a brief walk-through or orbit animation – Optional -- A planting schedule indicating species, quantities, and placement notes I welcome clear versioning, quick turnarounds on review comments, and a design eye that balances minimalism with the rustic charm of tropical farming life.
