I’m building an end-to-end travel platform and need help turning the concept into a working system that covers three distinct user groups: travelers, operators, and myself as the administrator. USER-FACING WEBAPP Travelers must be able to create an account, log in securely, enter upcoming trip enquiry, see booking history. Push notifications will keep them informed of booking confirmations or schedule changes. ADMIN DASHBOARD (WEB) - Role based access From a dashboard read every enquiry that comes in. I want to push the user enquiry to operators, keep operator records up to date including approval for new vehicle onboard request. When an enquiry needs follow-up, I’ll decide which operator receives it and push it to that operator's inbox in real time including whatsapp. The quote received from operator to be pushed to user dashboard and whatsapp. OPERATOR Dashboard(web) + Android app. Operator need an app for their own login. After signing in they should be able to: • Upload journey or vehicle photos & documents that appear in the admin panel for approval. • View any user enquiry I’ve assigned to them and quote back within a timeframe(timer). Tabs for vehicles, bookings, profile etc. as standard. TECH & DELIVERABLES I’m looking for a full stack solution: Android app (Java/Kotlin or Flutter), web admin dashboard (React, Angular, or similar) plus the API and database that tie everything together. Clean, well-commented code and a short hand-off document will be required at the end so I can manage basic future updates on my own.
