The brief is focused on realism and atmosphere, not just geometry, so please put most of your energy into dressing and lighting two key areas: the living room and the kitchen. Both spaces should follow a traditional aesthetic—think warm wood finishes, classic cabinetry, crown mouldings and timeless furniture pieces rather than sleek modern minimalism. I’m happy for you to work in the software you know best (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + V-Ray, Revit, etc. all fine) as long as the final stills are photorealistic and the colours, proportions and materials match the plans and any reference photos I supply.
