You take care of the installation on my staging server, template edits, page creation, and any lightweight plugin configuration needed (contact form, caching, security). Once everything looks and works as intended, migrate it to production and give me a brief walkthrough so I can handle routine updates. Acceptance criteria 1. All service pages inherit global styling and are reachable via friendly URLs. 2. Portfolio grid filters correctly and opens items in dedicated pages or lightboxes (your call, just be consistent). 3. No console errors, no layout breaks on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, desktop and mobile. 4. Core Web Vitals in the “green” zone on launch. 5. Admin hand-over document or short video covering theme settings, menus and custom post types used.
