The site will be built specifically for tech support, with real-time help handled through the LiveChat platform. I already have LiveChat lined up as the preferred tool, so integration of its widget, operator console, and basic chat workflow is essential. Beyond that, I need a clean, responsive front end where visitors can describe their issue and connect instantly with an agent. A lightweight knowledge-base or ticketing add-on may be added later, but for this first phase the priority is a polished, fast website whose main job is to host LiveChat, collect basic user details, and log each conversation for follow-up. Deliverables • Responsive website (desktop & mobile) • Seamless LiveChat installation and configuration • Simple admin area to review chat transcripts • Launch support to make sure everything is live and tested on my domain Clean code, clear documentation, and a straightforward hand-off are all I need to keep maintaining the site after go-live.
