iOS Developer — Automated Testing & AI-Augmented Development We're a US-based web and mobile agency looking for a contract iOS developer strong in automated testing and comfortable using AI coding tools (specifically Claude Code by Anthropic). We ship fast across multiple client projects. Every developer on our team uses Claude Code daily — writing code, generating tests, debugging, reviewing. We need someone who fits into that process naturally. What you'll do: - Build and maintain native iOS apps in Swift for client projects - Write comprehensive automated tests — unit (XCTest), UI (XCUITest), integration - Set up CI/CD pipelines for iOS (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or GitHub Actions) - Use Claude Code daily for development - Integrate with REST APIs (Laravel backends) - Deliver testable, well-structured code with test coverage on every PR Requirements: - 3+ years iOS development with Swift - Hands-on automated testing experience (XCTest, XCUITest, or similar) - CI/CD experience for iOS apps - Own a Mac with Xcode — we don't provide hardware - Currently using or willing to use Claude Code (Claude Max subscription required) - At least one published App Store app - Comfortable with git and terminal workflows - 20-40 hours/week, consistent availability - Strong written English Bonus: - Already using Claude Code daily - Snapshot/visual regression testing experience - SwiftUI or Flutter experience - Agency or multi-project background
