This is sometghing I do every year. You’ll be working inside a password-protected site—credentials will be handed over the moment we agree to terms—so experience automating log-ins and navigating member areas is essential. The attachment spells out every field I want captured, but in short it covers the full slate of agent contact details I use for my 2026 outreach campaign. Accuracy matters more than speed; I have no interest in scraped junk that bounces or duplicates entries already in my CRM. Here’s how I see the workflow: • Log in with the credentials I supply and programmatically gather the fields listed in the attachment. • Export everything to a clean, de-duplicated CSV (UTF-8) so I can import directly into EXCEL. I’ll test the CSV against a sample of records; if all required columns are present and match what’s on the website, the milestone is approved. Let’s get this rolling.
