My sweet shop already runs on the RanceLab billing system, and I want an active Interakt WhatsApp Business API account. The next step is to connect the two so every customer interaction—​from billing to marketing—​is handled automatically through WhatsApp. Core workflow • When a bill is saved in RanceLab, the customer’s WhatsApp number must instantly receive: – an order confirmation, – a PDF or image copy of the invoice, – a live order-status update link. • Promotional campaigns should be schedulable from within Interakt (or via a small companion dashboard) so I can push targeted festival offers without manual exports. • For customer support, staff need a single chat thread where they can pull up the last invoice and resend it on request. No separate ticketing portal—everything stays inside WhatsApp. Technical expectations – Use Interakt’s official REST webhooks and template system; no unofficial work-arounds. – The solution must pick data straight from RanceLab’s database or its available export/API, keeping customer name, mobile, items and total intact. – Logging of every outgoing message is required for compliance. – Final hand-over includes well-commented source, setup guide and a quick video walkthrough so my in-house team can maintain it. I’m open on language and framework as long as it is stable on Windows Server and can run unattended.
