The final product must be suitable for: Large-format 3D printing (PLA / PLA+ / PHA) Bioplastic injection molding (Bio-PP, Bio-PE, PHA) This is a multi-phase project. You may apply for Sculpt Only or Sculpt + CAD Engineering depending on your skillset. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DESIGNED (3 SEPARATE PARTS) 1. Bottom Shell (Base) Length approx. 208 cm Organic, cocoon-like shape Asymmetrical draped-cloth folds Rim for lid connection Load-bearing structure For 3D print: 6–12 mm wall For molding: 3–4 mm uniform wall + 2–3° draft 2. Top Shell (Lid) Matching draped folds Large oval face opening (approx. 27–32 × 18–22 cm) For 3D print: 5–8 mm wall For molding: 3–4 mm uniform wall + draft angles Closure mechanism (snap-fit, screws, bayonet — you may propose) 3.
