I’m building an all-in-one mobile app that makes college life simpler by pulling together accommodation, daily meals, scooter rentals, gym-buddy matching, and on-demand local services. The first milestone is a rock-solid MVP for both iOS and Android that students can download, use to book and pay, and that local partners can join to list their offers. Core scope • Cross-platform build released to TestFlight and Play Store (internal test tracks are fine for the MVP). • User profiles linked to phone or campus email. • Real-time booking engine covering PG/room listings, tiffin slots, scooty availability, gym partner matching, plus laundry and house-cleaning services. • Integrated payment gateway with transaction logs, basic refunds, and admin override. • Partner console (web or in-app) so vendors can add inventory, set pricing, and view orders. • Basic analytics hooks to track user acquisition and service uptake. Acceptance criteria 1. A student can sign up, browse at least one live listing in every service category, complete a booking, and receive a confirmation email/push. 2. A partner can onboard, publish an item or service, and get paid after a successful transaction. 3. Admin panel lets me approve partners, edit listings, and view high-level metrics. 4. App passes store review for TestFlight & closed Android track. Preferred extras (nice to have, not blockers): in-app chat between students and partners, coupon codes, and campus ID verification.
