Why This Role Matters We’re not looking for someone to “run campaigns.” We’re looking for a builder — an ex-founder, operator, or growth leader who has built from scratch, scaled fast, and owned outcomes end to end. You’ll own the entire affiliate P&L, build a high-conversion creator sales engine, and drive real revenue through creators, agencies, and platforms. When you win, the business moves faster. What You’ll Own Affiliate P&L Ownership → Manage revenue, commissions, costs, retention, and ROI with full accountability. Creator Sales Engine → Onboard the right influencers, agencies, and partners; negotiate smart, high-ROI deals. Email Channel Growth → Architect multi-step sequences, A/B test relentlessly, and optimize open, click, and reply rates. Creator Acquisition Funnel → Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential creators while keeping the pipeline full. Data-Driven Action → Monitor metrics in real time, diagnose performance shifts, and implement adjustments that accelerate growth. What We’re Looking For 4–6 years’ experience in influencer acquisition, affiliate marketing, or B2B sales within a tier-1 D2C or commerce startup. Proven negotiation strength — closes creator contracts that drive revenue while operating frugally. Hands-on 0 → 1 experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. Strong grip on metrics, unit economics, and growth levers. Ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and keep creators engaged and motivated. Nice to have: Health/beauty sector exposure, Canva/Figma skills, or a side project involving creator outreach. Why Join Us?
