I work through dozens of support tickets every day and need a small, fast tool that lets me jot down case notes in seconds. What matters most is the ability to drop predefined sentences straight into a note area without typing them out each time. Core workflow • I open the tool (either as a lightweight desktop website in a browser or a standalone Windows app—whichever you prefer to build). • A clean notes pane sits on the right. • On the left, a list of my predefined sentences appears. A single click inserts the selected sentence at the cursor position in the notes pane. Template management I must be able to add new sentences, edit any existing sentence, and delete ones I no longer need—all from within the interface, no database admin screens. Quality bar & hand-off The finished product should launch instantly, store data locally (a simple file or embedded DB is fine), and remember my templates between sessions. No external login or cloud layer is required. Packaging should be a single installer or folder I can copy to another Windows machine; if you choose the web route, provide clear instructions for running it locally (e.g., Node, Python Flask, or pure static files).
