I need a compact prototype turned into a 3D model that I can print on an FDM machine using PLA. The piece will be used for functional testing, so dimensions and tolerances have to be dependable, walls no thinner than 1.2 mm, and the geometry should be oriented for support-light printing. Deliverables • Watertight STL ready for slicing • Editable source file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar) • One minor-tweak revision after my first print I’d like the final files within two days of kickoff. If you’re comfortable designing parts specifically for PLA—accounting for overhangs, bridging, and snap-fit features—this should be a quick win. Please include a couple of past prototypes you’ve modeled for 3D printing so I can gauge fit-and-function experience.
