Key points for the dashboard: • Parameters: Temperature, Humidity, Production Rate and Weight (displayed visually with live updating trends, status colours, and historical recall). • Layout: a clean graphical interface that fits naturally alongside the current WinCC screens. Once the PLC is communicating and the tags are confirmed, I’ll need: 1. A working WinCC screen showing both live values and 24-hour trends. 2. Basic alarm limits configured so out-of-range values highlight instantly. 3. A short handover document outlining how to add more tags later.
