Siemens PLC–WinCC SCADA Integration

My WinCC SCADA server still has free tags available, and I want to bring a second Siemens-based machine online so I can capture its data in real time. Your task is to establish the link between that PLC and the existing WinCC installation, map the new tags, and build a clear graphical dashboard inside WinCC. Key points for the dashboard: • Parameters: Temperature, Humidity, Production Rate and Weight (displayed visually with live updating trends, status colours, and historical recall). • Layout: a clean graphical interface that fits naturally alongside the current WinCC screens. Once the PLC is communicating and the tags are confirmed, I’ll need: 1. A working WinCC screen showing both live values and 24-hour trends. 2. Basic alarm limits configured so out-of-range values highlight instantly. 3. A short handover document outlining how to add more tags later. We can first have a virtual meeting for you to analyse the project. Ultimately, you will have to visit the plant and do the connections and set up everything. We will ofcourse take care of all transportation and lodging expense.
