Shopify-WhatsApp Automation Workflow (n8n) | Assistance required only

I need an n8n workflow that connects my Shopify store directly to WhatsApp. The goal is to automate every key touch-point so customers receive timely information and I spend less time on manual follow-ups. Order notifications are the top priority. When a new order comes in, WhatsApp should instantly send a confirmation that includes the order number, full list of purchased items, and an estimated delivery date. As the order status changes in Shopify, the same conversation thread must push shipping updates and, finally, a delivery confirmation. Beyond that, I want the workflow to recognise inbound customer support inquiries on WhatsApp, tag them appropriately, and log the message details back into Shopify (or another data store you recommend) so my team can respond from a single place. Promotional messages are the third piece. I’d like an easy way—inside n8n—to trigger segmented broadcasts for new launches or flash sales without violating WhatsApp Business policy. Please build, test, and document the complete n8n setup (Shopify trigger nodes, any HTTP or WhatsApp Business API/Twilio nodes, templated messages, and error handling). When you hand it over, I should be able to import the workflow, add my credentials, and go live.
