Shopify Store Homepage and Checkout Redesign

I’d like a fresh set of eyes on our Shopify store (video walkthrough here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7KJuLsjrYA). The priority is the homepage: the layout feels busy and the hierarchy is unclear, so I need a cleaner structure that guides visitors to the right collections and promotions without overwhelming them. Think smart spacing, intuitive section order, and a visual flow that keeps shoppers scrolling. While the homepage is the main focus, I also want the checkout to look and feel as polished as the rest of the site. The flow itself is fine—I’m specifically after a design refresh so the typography, colours and button styling match the upgraded storefront and create a seamless hand-off from cart to payment. Deliverables I’ll be looking for: * High-fidelity mock-ups (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD) showing the revised homepage layout and the updated checkout styling * Any supporting style guides or component notes that will help my developer apply the changes quickly * A short rationale explaining key UX decisions so we can iterate together if needed You’ll be working with the current Shopify 2.0 theme, so familiarity with its sections and liquid templates is important. If you can supply lightweight code snippets for custom sections or CSS tweaks after designs are approved, that’s a plus but not a requirement. Timing is flexible, but I’d like first drafts within a week so we can keep momentum. Let me know if you have relevant examples in your portfolio—clean, conversion-focused storefronts will stand out
