The store must launch with a clean, conversion-oriented theme, mobile-first responsiveness, and the core functionality ready for real customers on day one. Key deliverables • Payment gateway integration – tested end-to-end with sample transactions • Inventory management – clear product taxonomy, stock tracking, and low-stock alerts configured inside the Shopify admin • Customer reviews – visible on each product page, with automated email requests after purchase and spam filtering enabled Acceptance criteria 1. All three functions above work seamlessly in both desktop and mobile views. 2. Checkout completes without errors using at least one live payment method. 3. A brief hand-off document shows where to update products, view orders, and moderate reviews.
