We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer (Health Cloud specialist) to support development within our Salesforce ecosystem and help integrate key clinical workflows. This is a remote freelance/contract role. Responsibilities Develop and deploy features in Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud Act as a Salesforce Health Cloud SME, defining best practices and architecture Integrate Salesforce with external systems (APIs, healthcare platforms, etc.) Migrate existing business processes into Salesforce Ensure strong security, data protection, and compliance (healthcare data) Requirements 5+ years Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud Full-stack knowledge: Apex, Lightning, Java, Python Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) Solid understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP APIs) Knowledge of access control/security for medical data (HIPAA aligned) Ability to analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions Nice to Have Experience working in healthtech or clinical environments Experience with large-scale Salesforce migrations Background integrating Salesforce with external clinical systems Project Details Start: ASAP Contract length: Ongoing / multi-phase Competitive rate based on experience.
