About the Project We are building a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) MVP designed to support fast, secure, and scalable crypto trading. This platform will include core DEX functionality such as wallet integration, token swaps, liquidity management, user dashboards, and real-time data feeds. We are seeking an exceptional Senior MERN Stack Engineer with strong blockchain experience to lead the development of the MVP from the ground up. Role Overview As the Senior MERN Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing the entire web application stack. You will collaborate closely with blockchain engineers, product stakeholders, and designers to deliver a high-quality, production-ready MVP. You should have deep experience building performant, secure applications and be highly comfortable integrating Web3 technologies into a modern MERN environment. -Responsibilities Frontend (React) Develop responsive, high-performance UI components using React and Next.js (or CRA). Implement wallet connections (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.). Build pages for token swaps, user portfolio views, liquidity pools, and transaction histories. Integrate real-time data and charts (using WebSockets or APIs). Backend (Node.js / Express) Architect and develop secure REST or GraphQL APIs. Build services for price feeds, trade execution routing, user sessions, logging, and admin tools. Implement rate limiting, request validation, and other security best practices. Database (MongoDB) Design schemas and queries optimized for high-volume DEX activity. Develop robust data caching strategies for performance optimization. Maintain data integrity and scalability. Web3 / Blockchain Integration Integrate smart contracts into the MERN stack using ethers.js or web3.js. Work with blockchain developers to define event listeners, transaction flows, and off-chain processing. Handle gas estimations, transaction submissions, error handling, and confirmations. Ensure secure signing operations and user authentication flows. DevOps / Infrastructure Deploy and manage the MVP using AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean. Set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing workflows. Implement secure environment-variable management and API key handling. Thank you
