You’ll receive the current APK so you can study the flow, break out the must-have screens, and rebuild them cleanly. Core expectations • Re-implement the chosen features exactly as they function today while removing everything else. • Keep the overall UX familiar; if you see ways to simplify visuals or navigation I’m open to suggestions. • Produce readable, well-commented Kotlin or Java code that I can extend later. • Hand over an installable APK, full source, a short README, and guidance for Play Store upload. The backend APIs are already live, so integration mainly involves hitting existing endpoints, handling auth tokens, and pushing/receiving basic JSON data. No server-side work is required. If you’ve built lean clones before and are comfortable reverse-engineering layouts, this should be a straightforward project.
