I need a production-ready chatbot built and embedded directly into my website. The conversation flow must feel natural and modern while keeping every interaction fully encrypted end-to-end and compliant with common data-privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA). I will supply brand guidelines and sample FAQs; the rest of the dialogue design, back-end logic and UI integration are up to you. The site is built on a standard LAMP stack, so please work within that environment or clearly state any additional services you expect to provision (e.g., Node.js microservice, Dialogflow, Rasa, OpenAI API). Security matters more than feature count—any third-party libraries or APIs you include must be well-maintained and support HTTPS, secure token handling and role-based access for the admin dashboard. Deliverables: • Fully functional chatbot running on my staging domain and promoted to production after sign-off • Source code, environment variables masked or stored in a .env file, and a short deploy script/guide • Admin view or dashboard with conversation logs, basic analytics and a manual reply override • Documentation that explains setup, security measures, and how to extend intents/entities in the future I’ll judge proposals almost entirely on demonstrated experience: point me to previous secure web chatbots you have shipped, what stack you used, and any security audit or penetration testing you completed.
