What I’m after • A clean, responsive site where visitors can run an advanced search with filters (city, state, course type, or any other basic tags we define) as well as a direct name lookup. • Each result page must display only the fundamentals: institution name, address, phone/email, website link, and its location (text or small map embed—whichever is quicker to implement). • An admin area that lets me add, edit, or remove listings easily; CSV bulk upload is a plus. • Lightweight code, fast loading, SEO-friendly URLs, and easy future maintenance.
