Hello everyone I’m working with a client who owns an Android app published on Google Play. They want to scale their Google Ads promotion globally and currently face a limitation when linking multiple Google Ads accounts to the app. Right now, they are restricted to around 20 linked accounts, and they want to understand whether it is technically possible to scale this to 1,000 linked ad accounts for large-scale manual campaign management. Important context: The client does NOT want to use a standard MCC structure (they say they can manage that themselves). They want manual linking (not API-based). They are targeting global goes. They do not currently have API access. They are asking whether there is a compliant, scalable structure that allows significantly more than 20 linked accounts. What I need from you: 1] A technical explanation of what is actually possible within Google Ads and Play Store policy. 2] Whether scaling beyond 20 linked accounts is possible without violating Google’s terms. 3] If not, what is the safest and most scalable alternative structure? 4] A clear architecture plan (step-by-step). 5] Risk analysis (account bans, app suspensions, etc.). Estimated cost and timeline. Very important: We are NOT looking for black-hat or policy-violating methods. The solution must be compliant and sustainable long-term. Please let me know: .Have you handled similar large-scale Google Ads structures? .What approach would you recommend? .What would your fee be for consultation and implementation? Looking forward to your detailed response. Please only send proposal if you think you understand what i want you can do it Thanks
