I’m hosting a birthday party this Saturday and need a reliable, professional team to keep 20-50 guests happy from set-up through clean-down. The job calls for two experienced servers and two chefs who can work together smoothly in a private-event setting. What I need: • 2 chefs able to plan a straightforward, crowd-pleasing menu (I’m open to Italian, Asian, American BBQ or any other style you feel confident executing). You’ll handle ingredient sourcing, on-site prep, cooking, and timely plating. • 2 servers to manage buffet or plated service, refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain a tidy dining area. • Arrival at the venue late morning/early afternoon for kitchen prep, with service running into the evening. • All staff should bring the essential tools of your trade—knives, serving utensils, aprons—plus a calm, friendly attitude.
