Retail POS & Payments Digitalization

I want to take my neighborhood store off the paper ledger and onto a full-featured digital POS. The very first milestone is a point-of-sale system that: • Tracks incoming and outgoing inventory in real-time so stock levels are always current • Stores basic customer details and purchase history for loyalty or remarketing campaigns • Generates clear sales analytics I can export for bookkeeping or quick decision-making On the payments side, every transaction must flow smoothly—whether a shopper pays by cash, swipes a credit or debit card, scans a UPI QR code, or asks for a WhatsApp receipt right to their phone. Your deliverable is a ready-to-use POS solution installed (or fully cloud-hosted) with the above features switched on, tested, and demonstrated on my shop’s hardware. Once this is running reliably, I’ll move toward connecting the same data to an online storefront and accounting package, so clean architecture and good documentation now will save time later. If you have proven experience setting up retail POS systems with WhatsApp or UPI integrations, I’d like to hear your approach and the timeline you need from kickoff to live launch.
