My membership page was working perfectly until I restored a site backup. Since then the URL that should serve the username-and-password form throws “404 Not Found – The requested URL was not found on this server.” Every other part of the site is intact; only this protected page is unreachable.= which means users cannot access site. I have it published regular web for now until login page can be restore can be made. It should be a quick fix for people who know phpmyadmin...I do not Here’s what you need to know: • The login system was built in PHP and ties into MySQL; I approve new users directly in phpMyAdmin. • All original source files, SQL dumps, and the backup archive are in my possession and can be sent immediately. • I have full cPanel / FTP access for you to investigate paths, .htaccess rules, database credentials, or include statements that might have shifted during the restore. What I’m looking for is straightforward: bring the login page back online, confirm that existing credentials still authenticate, and make sure future backups won’t break the path again. Once it works I’ll log in and do a quick smoke-test; if everything is solid we’re done.
