My residential project has reached the final design phase and now demands polished, build-ready documentation and visuals. I already have some base materials—preliminary floor plans and concept sketches—but they need to be refined into precise space planning layouts, detailed 2D drawings, and compelling 3D models with photorealistic renders. Here’s how I see the collaboration unfolding: • Space planning: optimize room dimensions, furniture placement, and circulation while respecting the existing concept. • 2D drawings: produce coordinated plans, elevations, and sections ready for contractor pricing and permitting. • 3D modeling & visualizations: create an accurate model and a set of high-quality renders that clearly communicate materials, lighting, and overall ambiance to stakeholders before construction begins. I work in an organized manner and will supply the current CAD files, reference imagery, and material palettes on day one. In return, I expect layered source files (DWG/REVIT or equivalent), print-ready PDFs, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders. Please factor in at least one round of revisions after the initial delivery so we can fine-tune the final presentation. If you are comfortable bridging space-planning logic with engaging visuals and can turn marked-up concepts into construction-grade drawings, let’s move forward.
