I have a set of residential drawings that now need to come to life as a complete 3D AutoCAD model. The goal is to visualise both the interiors and exteriors accurately, maintaining every wall, opening, finish and façade element exactly as shown on the plans. You will start from my 2D DWG/PDF files (and any sketches or reference photos I supply) and build a clean, well-layered 3D file in AutoCAD. The model must be organised so I can later generate elevations, sections and perspective views without extra cleanup. Materials can stay as basic layer colours; realism is less important than geometric accuracy. Deliverables • One native AutoCAD (.dwg) file containing the full 3D model of the house, interior and exterior. • A few preset camera views saved in the file for quick review (front, rear, kitchen, living room). • A brief text note summarising your layer conventions so I can navigate the model easily. Acceptance criteria • Dimensions in the 3D model match the provided plans within ±5 mm. • No stray or duplicate geometry, and all elements reside on logical layers. • File opens in AutoCAD 2020 without errors or missing references.
