I’m preparing a presentation for a new residential building and need a complete 3D visualization package. The core of the job is to build an accurate, polished architectural model from my plans and materials, then render both still images and a short video walkthrough that showcases the exterior and key interior spaces. Scope • Model the full house with realistic materials, lighting, and surrounding context (driveway, garden, neighboring lots kept simple). • Produce a set of high-resolution stills—daylight, dusk, and one aerial angle—for client marketing. • Create a 30–60-second cinematic flythrough or orbit video in Full HD, ready to drop into PowerPoint and social media. Assets I will supply • PDF floorplans, elevations, and a basic site layout. • Reference photos for preferred finishes and mood. • Branding guidelines for title cards or logo stings in the video, if required. Preferred workflow I’m flexible on software—SketchUp + Lumion, 3ds Max + V-Ray, or Blender/Cycles all work as long as the final output is photo-real and smooth. Please allow for one round of consolidated feedback on geometry and another on lighting/look before final rendering. Deliverables 1. Source model (native file + FBX/OBJ). 2. 6–8 high-res JPEG/PNG renders. 3. Edited MP4 video with ambient soundtrack (no voice-over needed).
