The system will integrate reservations from WP website and GetYourGuide, automate boat assignments, manage drivers, guides, and chefs, and send real-time WhatsApp notifications to guests and staff. Additional modules include hotel pickup routing (traffic lines), daily cash collection, maintenance & mileage tracking, supply chain, HR attendance, penalties, customer database, and digital forms with e-signatures. Friday and Saturday are off. • You must have your own testing workflow and tester to ensure zero issues upon delivery. • By submitting your bid, you confirm that you accept all requirements and can deliver them. • We expect multiple future phases, so we are looking for a long‑term collaboration. - Project Milestones • Milestone 1 — $600: Created upon awarding the project. Released when Reservations + Check‑in forms are completed. • Milestone 2 — $600: Created after Milestone 1 release.
