I run a recruitment agency that already collects candidate information through a Google Form feeding a Google Sheet, while many applicants also reach us directly on WhatsApp. I now need one seamless automation that does three things at once: • The moment a new form entry arrives or a WhatsApp message comes in through Twilio or MSG91, the script should capture the applicant’s name, contact number, position applied for (when present), plus the interview date, city and any rescheduling request, and write it into the correct columns of my master Sheet. • An appropriate, personalised WhatsApp message must be sent back automatically—confirmation, interview instructions, reminders or reschedule acknowledgements—using the same Twilio/MSG91 channel. • Every incoming reply has to be appended to the candidate’s row so that my team always sees the latest conversation history and status without leaving the Sheet. Google Apps Script, Webhooks and the WhatsApp Business API suit this job, but I’m open to your preferred stack as long as it stays inside Google Workspace and works with both Twilio and MSG91. I’ll provide the current Sheet, form, and message templates; you deliver a fully deployed solution plus brief setup notes so I can adjust templates or add new numbers later.
