I have the full source code for two existing Android apps—one for school administrators and another for parents / students. The codebase is stable; what I need now is a clean rebrand and Play Store deployment. Scope of work • Swap in my new app icons (they’re already designed and supplied as proper densities). • Replace the current socket URL with the new one I’ll provide; no other real-time logic changes are required. • Integrate my Firebase project by dropping in the fresh google-services.json file and updating the project ID. • Build, sign, and upload both apps to Google Play under their respective listings, ensuring they pass review. Acceptance • Two signed AABs (Admin + Parent/Student) built with the updated icons, socket URL, and Firebase config. • Both apps live or at least in “Pending review” status on the same Play Console account. • A brief change log or README outlining exactly which files were touched so future updates stay straightforward. You will receive direct access to the existing Git repository, Play Console credentials (via secure invite), the icons, the socket URL, and the Firebase JSON as soon as we start.
