Scope • Import my Archicad file and clean up any geometry or material issues that may appear after conversion. • Set up cameras to create an engaging narrative flow: exterior hero shots, smooth transitions into key interiors, and a closing wide. • Apply realistic textures, PBR materials, and environment lighting that match the architectural intent. • Optional but welcome: subtle motion elements (people silhouettes, cars, sky timelapse) that enhance realism without distracting from the building. Deliverable A 60-second H.264 MP4 at 1920×1080, 30 fps, ready for immediate use in a marketing campaign. I’ll also need the working file in your preferred software (Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Twinmotion, Lumion, etc.) so future tweaks remain possible. Acceptance The final cut should hold up when paused on any frame—no flicker, fireflies, or texture pop-in. Color tone must be neutral-realistic (no heavy Instagram-style grading) and overall render time should allow for at least minor revisions within my schedule.
