I need a full-stack web application that lets me look up any recorded liens or other encumbrances against a property simply by entering a parcel number, street address, or owner’s name. When a search is run, the results must appear immediately on screen in a clean, sortable display—this is the primary format I want to work with. I should be able to PDF, or export to Sheets, Excel or keep in an internal storage. At launch the system only needs one role: Main User. From that dashboard I should be able to manage user credentials, configure data-source connections, clear or archive logs, and generally keep the service running smoothly. While we might add registered or guest access later, designing the codebase with those tiers in mind will make future expansion easier. Key expectations • Accurate, real-time or near-real-time retrieval of lien and encumbrance data from public records or third-party APIs I provide • Fast search by parcel number, address, or owner name with fuzzy-match capability for spelling variations • On-screen result display with filters, column sorting, and a detail view for each record • Secure authentication and role management for the Admin panel • Clean, documented code and a straightforward deployment process (Docker, serverless, or another modern workflow you’re comfortable with) If you’ve built property, title, or public-records tools before—or have strong API integration skills—this should be a straightforward engagement. Let me know which tech stack you’d propose, how you plan to source the data, and an estimated timeline for a first working prototype.
