I am building a location-driven safety app aimed at helping drivers report and locate stolen vehicles. The mobile side must run smoothly on both iOS and Android using React Native, while the web dashboard can be in React.js with a Node.js REST API (or GraphQL if you prefer) sitting on top of the database. Core mobile flow • Users create an account with either classic e-mail/password or Google one-tap; the same goes for sign-in. • Once inside, the app keeps the most accurate live location it can get (foreground and background) so that, when someone flags a car as stolen, every user inside the chosen radius (default 100 km) instantly receives a push notification and sees the alert on their map. • A public dashboard/chat room accompanies each alert so witnesses can drop tips. • A private user-to-user channel exists as well: a request message must be accepted first, after which the two parties can exchange unlimited texts. Web dashboard • Secure login for staff. • KYC review queue – approve to whitelist, or block / unblock / delete any account at will. • Adjustable default radius for alerts (100 km, 200 km, etc.). Back-end expectations • Node.js service exposing all endpoints for both the app and the dashboard. • Real-time layer (Socket.io, Firebase, or similar) for chats and live alerts. • Relational or NoSQL database – I’m open, just justify your pick. • Token-based auth, refresh flow, push notification integration (FCM, APNs). • Clean, well-documented code with Swagger collection on APIs Deliverables 1. React Native source with build instructions for iOS & Android. 2. React.js dashboard source. 3. Node.js back-end with database schemas and migration scripts. 4. Tested APK / IPA (TestFlight) and a live demo link for the dashboard. 5.
