The application expects Ruby 3.0.x, so you’ll begin by installing that exact version together with the right Bundler, Node.js and Yarn. PostgreSQL also has to be set up; please generate strong random credentials, plug them into database.yml, and send the login details to me privately. Once the dependencies are in, configure all environment variables, run migrations, pre-compile assets, and launch the app with either Puma or Passenger—whichever plays nicest with FastPanel. Finish by wiring the service through Nginx inside FastPanel so the site loads over my domain. I would like a short, clear note (in Russian or Ukrainian) that shows how to start, stop, restart, and update the application; when I can follow those steps and the casino opens in the browser without errors, the job is done. Timing is relaxed and the budget is flexible, so feel free to propose what works for you.
