I’m running a small psycholinguistic study for school and need a complete Psytoolkit script that measures word-level reaction times. The flow is straightforward: participants will see single words onscreen and respond by pressing a key; the script should record response latency with millisecond accuracy and log the data in a CSV I can download directly from Psytoolkit once the session ends. Core requirements • Build the task in Psytoolkit’s experiment editor or as a ready-to-import .txt script. • Present text-based stimuli (individual words) in randomized order. I will provide the word list, but please include clear placeholders so I can swap items easily. • Include an instruction screen, a brief practice block, the critical trials, and an automatic debrief message. • Output a tidy results file containing participant ID, trial number, stimulus word, and reaction time. • The final code must run without modification in the online version of Psytoolkit. Because this is a student project the budget is limited, so efficiency is appreciated.
