I need a lightweight web application that lets users locate and download property documents. The entire focus is speedy, accurate search and easy retrieval. Core search requirements • By property address • By owner name • By document number Once a match is found, users should be able to view a quick preview (PDF or image) and download the the documents required by paying a small fee. Deliverables 1. Responsive website deployed to a test server of my choosing 2. Script or pipeline that ingests new deed PDFs and updates the index automatically 3. Source code with clear setup instructions (README)
