I need an advanced, reliable project-management dashboard built in Google Sheets that draws live information from two main sources: existing Google Sheets in my Drive and data returned by external APIs. The work starts with cleaning, merging, and reshaping the raw feeds so every column is consistent and every timestamp lines up. From there, the job shifts to building a single control sheet that surfaces the key project metrics—timelines, task owners, blockers, and burn-down figures—in a clear, fast-loading layout. Complex formulas such as QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, XLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, REGEX, and FILTER will be essential for the calculations and roll-ups. Performance matters: the final workbook should recalc quickly even as data grows. Where formulas alone become unwieldy, lightweight Google Apps Script automation is welcome for scheduled refreshes, API pulls, and email/Slack notifications.
